1. What are your office hours?

Our office is open from Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, and on Saturdays from 8:00 AM to 12:00 noon. We are closed on Sundays and public holidays.

2. How often should I visit the dentist?

We recommend regular check-ups every six months for most patients. However, individual needs can vary. Your dentist will suggest an appropriate schedule based on your oral health.

3. Do you accept insurance?

Yes, we accept a wide range of dental insurance plans. We also offer the convenience of Hicaps onsite claiming, allowing you to process your insurance claims in real-time. Please provide us with your insurance information prior to your appointment so we can assist you with the billing process.

4. What payment methods do you accept?

We accept cash, credit cards, debit cards, and electronic funds transfer (EFTPOS). Additionally, we offer convenient payment options through Afterpay and Zipmoney. Payment is due at the time of service.

5. What dental services do you offer?

We provide a comprehensive range of dental services, including but not limited to general check-ups, cleanings, fillings, root canals, extractions, crowns, bridges, dentures, and teeth whitening. Visit our Services page for more details.

6. Is teeth whitening available at your practice?

Yes, we offer professional teeth whitening treatments. Schedule a consultation to determine the best whitening option for you.

7. Are dental X-rays safe?

Yes, dental X-rays are safe. We use digital X-ray technology, which significantly reduces radiation exposure compared to traditional X-rays.

8. I experience dental anxiety. Can you help?

Absolutely! We understand dental anxiety is common. Our team is experienced in helping anxious patients feel comfortable. We also offer sedation options to help you relax during procedures.

9. How can I prevent gum disease?

Maintaining good oral hygiene habits, including regular brushing and flossing, is essential to prevent gum disease. Regular dental check-ups also allow us to detect and address early signs of gum problems.

10. What do I do in a dental emergency?

If you're experiencing a dental emergency during office hours, please call us immediately. If it's after hours, our voicemail will provide instructions on how to reach our on-call dentist.

11. Do you treat children?

Yes, we welcome patients of all ages, including children. Our friendly team is experienced in providing gentle and comprehensive care for young patients.
